I bought a second account to get master doctor and master dancer/muscian depends which one helps the most the AFK flaming is just stupid i mastered dancer in 3days letting macro run 22/7 so give it a rest the AFK people will leave soon enought once the find out it will take them 15 professions to maybe get jedi.

just let these people run there macros and go away if u are a dancer/musician then by all means have fun and talk with your guests.

u cant make any money in enterainer so either u like it for the game or u are not realy just an entertainer

Get a clue, Yes the AFKer of today will be gone shortly to be followed by an endless supply of others. AFK entertainers have ruined what could have and should have been one of the greatest things in the game, professions aimed primarily at enhancing the social and role playing aspects of this game.

Will you love me more if I go AFK? Is that what you want me to do?

i have a clue i have played this game since day 1, i made this new toon so i could find someone to buff me when i needed instead of searching all over for a master, yes there are plent of dancers but not masters

if u want to interact then interact if others just want to get one done who cares

Do you know why you can't find master dancers to buff you?

Because they all took everyone's advice and left the cantina, if they didn't just give up dancer completely. They are out there, but because the cantinas aren't fun any more, you actually have to look for them.

Most of us HAVE come to grips with the AFK issue. Due to it being allowed, we don't worry too much about it. The real issue seems to be the terrible spam that annoys any sane person trying to hold a conversation (since most spam is about 3 seconds apart) and the terrible lag caused in the larger cities.

The afk has been around a long time, and will be. Thugh I have to agree, the supply will be a lot less as people wear out their christmas holocrons. But due to the holocron, they'll always be here. The biggest issue is the fact that people can't do it quietly, and also like to park themselves in the middle of the world.

They do not need the tips, so they do not need to be the center of attention. And they don't need to keep asking for heals- if a medic grinder is around, the medic will heal them.

It is apparent then that you don't care about the profession.

On one hand you say that people should be allowed to, but on the other hand, you blame it on Sony for screwing up the game. Do you begrudge the entertainers asking Sony to fix their screw up? You can't have it both ways. Either take responsibility for your own actions, or support a fix.

You had to spend 15$ per month on a second acount because you cannot find a master entertainer ? Don't you think that telling the master entertainers to just deal with the AFKers and get out of the cantinas might be part of your problem ?

Before the holos, though we had macrotainers, they were the minority. I could come into my home cantina any day and get a buff at prime time. I would give out buffs as well. You never left our cantina without being buffed, if you wanted to and payed ( or were fun to talk to, or a medic ).

SunTsu, we can't help but be awed by the profound wisdom of your posts when written in l33k speak - no caps, no punctuation, and using 'u' for 'you' (man, cutting out those two extra letters is such a timesaver, too!)

And for someone that's "played this game since day 1," and has already contributed nearly 50 whole posts to the discussion, I'm amazed that you're not the correspondent by now.

Suntzu you have played this game from day 1 and still have no clue. You have absolutely no clue what you are talking about at all.

You think because you have another account to create a master character for ONLY buffing purposes you know all? You completely miss on why the "real" entertainers are complaining.
Alot of us like to socialize in game and what's the best place other than the cantina where people come for a drink and to relax themselves after battle (whole concept of bf). Well the cantina is none of this.

We can not have a conversation with anyone because most people are afk entertainer in the cantina. Not only are they afk but they spam "tips please" and "heal my action please". Not only does this effect us but our customers. Most people just run in, watch or listen to the first person they see, get healed and run off without saying a word. This leaves the real entertainers in the sea of afk holo entertainers all alone. Why would I want to stand in a cantina and dance when no one is paying attention of eveu talking to me. I don't need to pay an online gaming fee for that.

So ok then go to another city.. one not so populated or a player city? Ummm no, I don't think so. Why would I go to a place where 1 person comes by every 45 minutes if even that.

I was a master dancer for a month and a half. I ran around with my master tittle and I constantly told people that if they needed a mind buff that I would travel for them of they cover my costs but no one ever bothers...

So I asked myself... Why be a profession that no one wants or needs around since they can just run into the cantina, get healing, and run out. I loved my dance routines I made, I loved to dance, BUT this was too much for me. I am no longer a master dancer but I still fight for them since I have enough experience to know what they are going through.

So before you talk non-sense about leave the afk entertainers alone and they are not hurting anyone keep your mouth closed and let the real entertainers speak. The ones complaining are the real entertainers and they have the right to and the ones that tell the real entertainers not to complain are the holo/afk entertainers which have no real experience yet tell us the ones who love this profession what to do.

I say for anyone wanting a buff, do a serach, find a dancer who does not have AFK next to their names, and give them a /tell.....you'll save $15 too.

what i am saying is sony created this problem with the holo craze, i for one is not following, they made these entertainer professions way to easy to master with macros, go try to lv bh as i am a master bh cant be done with macros
