cantina and theater? can you even place both?

its possible to place both..the dancer in our city placed both... cantina takes 5 lots and the theatre takes 3 (i think) but only master dancers/ mastermusician can place them i think...tho i could be wrong

No, you're right, only masters can place them. And they HAVE to be in a player city, and you need to have zoning rights from the mayor.
