Depends, with that new chef food coming out, its more powerful than any entertainer buff if they experiment it well and add the BE tissues.


Vesarian brandy is the one I'm talking about.


Basically just think of it as a portable +2000 to mind/focus/willpower when you take 4 at once which is entirely possible and useable by anybody with no penalties at all.
