Ididn'ttry it out myself but it is on the live servers ( that not mean it is working ).

hmm anyone ever done this? there is like no offical info on mind buffs at all?!

I've tried many times, but I haven't gotten the extra 25% buff. My guess is that the registration part is what's broken.
That something "we" should ask in the 10 Dev questions.
