Dancer Archive

Tonight I (on my alt Master Dancer) tried buffing some other people. I tried /setperform and passive by inviting them into my group and each time none of them got buffed. Is this a problem that people have been having and if so is there any way to fix it?

Also, were you inside a cantina, house, theatre, etc..?

They have to watch for 10 minutes or so (for a passive), or forshorter with /setperf onan active buff,and then they have to click on you and do /stopwatch in order for the buff to take effect. Just running off won't do it.
