Hello, I'm a brand new Novice Dancer. I have people asking me constantly if I'm doing Mind buffs and I have to tell them that I have no idea how they are done.

Can anyone explain to me the whole Entertainer buffs situation. Is it something that I can apply toward a player, like a medical buff? Or is it simply something that they get just by watching me dance? Thanks...
