Thread: my first movie attempt *blush*

Ok .. It's not as good as I would have liked it to be, still some rough spots, but it's a lot better than I thought it could be .. if that makes sense lol.
It was filmed on the Corbantis Server, mostly with members from my guild and from a neighboring guild. When I recorded it, the people had no idea why I was recording what it was, until I showed them the video the past couple of days.
I learned a lot in making this one, and hopefully the next one that I'm currently writing the script for will go much smoother and have smoother transitions.
Any advice from the pros is appreciated. I just used movie maker 1 and fraps to edit it.

I didn't like the “fraps” text on the free fraps, so I tried Game Cam, but can't get more than a bunch of jerky shots. Mine always look like a few screen shots taken at 1sec intervals and pasted together.

Well, Til, I see your sig is all decked out for Halloween. 
Nice video here, although I kept hoping she'd shun the saber and settle down with a nice rogue--a smuggler or entertainer, even a scruffy-looking nerf herder. You know, follow in Leia's footsetps.

Very nice video, just one problem:
Was anyone else shocked by how... unattractive... the hero was? When I saw him in the AV21 I almost jumped. Bloody goofy that.

And besides, he saved me from that pesky ruffian in the cantina .. sorta lol. At least he got him to stop pestering me

Very nice! I could feel the bit of humor behind it..very sweet but not overdone. And /cheer to you for the bold use of effects. It's always nice to see someone willing to experiment with their first attempts!
