I've tried to pass part II of the dance performance given at the theater in Coronet three times and always the audience flunks me, even tho i flourish in several dance steps, dazzle and colorlights and even have my droid out. Any help on how to pass this test?

Here's a guide: Clicky
Its describes musicians, but dancers are exactly the same.
Few additions, but I might be wrong on some of those (but I passed each of the 3 steps on the first try):
Ok, the following seems to be the key to victory:
SPAM flourishes and change dances.
Pop an accarragm (or 2) before you start and just hammer your flourish buttons.
Have a /changedance macro and change dances often (about ever 20 or 30 seconds)
Best also remove the flourishes they said they do NOT want to see from the hotkeys, just to prevent from accidently using them
I used the following tactic and got through every performance in the first try:
- On dances they liked: used every flourish except the ones they said they don't want.
- On dances they didn't dislike: Used mainly the flo's they said they want to see, also did others, but spammed those a lot.
- changed dances so i got a broad spectrum. Changed a few times to dances that they liked. Avoid dances they dislike of course.
Few other tips:
- Get a /conv macro and use it from the stage, you can talk to every audience member without running around
- Be careful with Formal/Lyrical... not the entire stage seems to count as stage. if you get to far back or to the side it might count as leaving the stage and you fail. Best avoid those dances, they won't be pulled as "favorite dances" either by the audience.
- Take 1 or 2 people with you, have them talk to the audience as well. I think they might get other info. Well still the same, but different.
Let me try to explain what i mean here:
Lets say the following is what the audience has decided:
Rhythmic, Popular, no Footloose, Florish 1, Flourish 4, no Flourish 8.
Now you talk to the audience. The answers they give are random. Either they tell crap like "I bought a new rancor today and it ate my gurrcat", or randomly one of those preferences. Once they told you something they'll always tell you the same.
But I'm sure if someone else asks them they'll get a new random roll.
So while you might get: Rhythmic, Popular, Flo1, no flo 8 (missing No Footloose and Flo 4)
someone else might get that info.
That is not yet confirmed but i'm pretty sure its the way it works.

I recomend that anyone doing the Theater Manager Quest do it at Novice Dancer (same goes for Musician) as the few dances you know, the better your chances for picking the right ones if the audience doesn't give you any good information. You can hold onto the scrolls until you have enough xp saved up to use them.
