Then why not do active buffs, don't think it is a problem since you are not bot-owner, am I right

I've been doing passive group buffs with no problems. Last night I also had the opportunity to test buffing a group while doing a set performance on someone not in the group. Worked fine for me.
Have you checked with other entertainers on your server to verify this isn't a server specific problem?
Can you successfully do a targeted buff?
What structure are you in when trying to buff?
Are there other enterainers in the area?
Be sure to file a /bug report but also verify that the group is indeed remembering to /watch you - trust me you'd be amazed at how many people can't remember the little details no matter how many times they have gotten a buff. Sometimes they act like this is the most complicated process in the whole game..
