Wow, Else, chill . . . how in the galaxy you got what I said to be a "bash" against you or your ideas is beyond me. Just because I don't agree with your suggestion and am willing to explain why does not constitute bashing.

I liked your idea. It was obvious to me that the others here also found merit in it, or they wouldn't have bothered making suggestions for improvement on it at all. Too bad you deleted it in a huffy fit of self-righteous temper.

Just because your idea has been critiqued.....From what I saw very constructively doesn't mean it sux....Remember this word because in relationships,life, and careers...Compromise...I have submitted proposals to my higher ups all the time...It gets changed turned upside down and butchered but in the end it's still my idea along with others input which made it better.
