Yup, but for me it's the arrow keys. You can use that to aim yourself in a new direction or even just spin in place.

Yerrr, "Directed drift." A lot easier to say than it is to do. Leastways on the really rambunctious dances.

*spins on 3 - bumps into a wall doing tumble2 - spins to face south - backflips over cantina customer - oops sorry hon - zooms into 1st person mode, faces exit - tumbles out the door and into the embrace of the nearest Desert Demon...*

What? I'm still learning how to steer this thing.

Does this work with the changes they made to fix base dances? I haven't tested in a while but if they pushed the fix that I last saw on TC live as is then this will no longer work.

Yes and (really) no. Youcan see yourself turn but because the server doesn't update our position for others until after we stop dancing, no one elsecan see it. It isn't a bug but a limitation due to the change that was made to allow our base dances to show correctly. It is something for whichI hope thatwe can obtain a replacement feature.

I should mention however, that you can still turn if you target a player or NPC and use one of the emotes that turn you, such as /smile.

I'm actually not a dancer but ....

Not sure if anyone really knows this, but I apparently surprised one dancer with it, if you guys are doing a wild dance that is all over the place, jumping and rolling around the entire cantina, you can use the keys 1 and 3 on the keypad to pivot your character while still dancing to control it's direction so the dances aren't so random and everywhere.... Again, not sure if anyone knows this, or if it's in a FAQ somewhere, just thought I'd share

Have a great day!
