Thread: Can cantinas and theaters be placed....

...in any sized city? I've seen some new cities (outposts) with cantinas in em, just wondering if you can do that now? And yes, I thought of the idea that they might be shrinking in size and their cantinas are left over but the active voting polls lead me to believe otherwise. I think these cities are growing. Any thoughts?

20 citizens is all you need. But it won't appear on the map until you have 35 citizens.

Don't you need a tier 2 city for the cantina, and a tier 4 city for the theatre? Oh, and maybe I'm missing something, but exactly why are theatres cool? They seem pretty plain and boring to me, is there something I'm missing about them?

My theatre is far from crap. It's purty! (And any theatre Riventek decorates will be mindblowing, he's awesome)
