A guilde of mine is trying to stock up 25k entertainer healing XP. She doesn't know how to do it, because the old mind desease doesn't work anymore. With so people dieing on Kash it's tough to find people to heal. What's the best way to grind this out?

Try also letting your guild and friends know that you want to buff them and need their bf. Explain that this is how you level as a dancer. My guild are being very supportive now that I force... um encourage them to come and watch me after their epic battles.
Get recognised as an ATK entertainer. Invite people to add you to their friends lists and contact you again for buffs and healing.
For something a bit different....
If you have a combat profession and friends who are combatants, go a hunting with them once in a while, and when you are done, throw down a camp and party away. Not very practical as a grind, but I was getting 120 per tick for 10 minutes, and it was a nice change from the AFK cantinas

Have her keep in mind that BF healing isn't the only way to get healing xp. When she provides inspiration buffs that grants healing xp as well. I've found quite a few people recently who didn't realize that so we started trying to advertise that a bit more and encourage "grind" groups to come see our new entertainers to get the inspiration buff before going out to grind the xp.

The way some people I know did it:
Have a few guild mates go into space and repeatedly eject from their craft or lose fights. Every time you do, you get 100 BF or something. Do that 20 times, and you've got 2000 BF each to be healed.

Also, if most servers are similar...I'd say your biggest chance of getting healing xp is at the dantooine mining outpost.

Play music and /stoplisten every 10 or 15 seconds. Someone here posted a macro for this in one of the threads.

The Mining Outpost on Wanderhome is 100% bots, and that tiny room is so packed that nobody bothers to dance there anymore. I try occasionally, but it's usually just to give myself insperation, then I'm eager to get the heck out!
*ahem* Adding to that macro idea placed right at the top, get a few friends to play a "watch pause stopwatch pause tiprepeat" macro on you too. That should speed things up a great deal, just remember not to afk in the cantinas! Macrotain in private and with good reason -only-!

You can get it from buffing yourself, basically 10 a tick till you're buffed to 3 hours.
