Thread: Dancer Trainer Problems

I have been trying to become a dancer on the Intrepid server for about 2 weeks now and it seems as though all the dancer trainers are broken. When I try and use them the only thing they will say is "Good to see you friend" or something like that.
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know a dancer trainer thats not broken?

Oh - it also explains why you'd think the choreography teacher is the Dancer Trainer because it does say trainer_dancer in the name. I have't seen that before in the Theater. It might be a new bug. Anyway, you can see on the right side of that screenie where the real Dancer Trainer is - behind the theater manager next to the noble like Panthu mentioned.

That's weird, are you sure you aren't talking to the trainer in the back of the Theater that teaches the Quest Dance? The Dancer Trainer is closer to the stage.

This may sound silly, but do you have both required branches from the entertainer profession?

Another silly question ... Are you trying to train Dance skills at the Entertainer level? For Dance 1 though Dance 4 in Entertainer you must see an Entertainer trainer. Also to train Novice Dancer you must complete both Dance 1-4 and Entertainer Healing 1-4 from Entertainer as well as having enough Dance XP to fill the Novice Dancer box. Sorry for the basic questions, but we just need to be sure what the problem is.

ok first things first these were the fastest replies to any post I have ever posted! Second I have mastered it before and I have trained in both teirs in entertainer I have maxed out my Dancer xp at and Healing XP. The trainer I tried to talk to has a long program name. If you run past the musician trainer they are in the back corner farther from the stage if that isnt the right one then I have been goin to the wrong one. Where are they in relation to the Musician trainer?

The real Dancer Trainer is by the back entry to the stage, go like you are going on stage. There's usually a Noble standing beside her.

That sounds like the Choreographer... who only teaches Theatrical 2 (which is a quest dance).

Dance trainers are by the backroom entrance to the stage. You can see the trainers in this screenshot from the Coronet Theater. Musician is in the middle, Entertainer and Choreographer are to the left, and Dancer is to the right.
