Can a master dancer or muscian transfer the theater to a anyone or another master dancer/musician?

Can a master musician/dancer transfer a theater to someone not of those classes?

Please keep in mind that Theater and Cantina are two seperate things. I am pretty sure you mean a Cantina though, becaus ethta is what requires a master dancer or musician. The answer to your question is no. I have tried it more then once. you will need a master as the permanent owner, or not have it at all. Thanks, Ozzo.

As far as I know, the theater also requires a master dancer or musician to place it.

We have both in town and both had to be placed by our master dancer.

If I recall correctly, a master chef can also own a cantina.

Alright cool, they dont mention much about it in the guide. I do know that as far as the cantina goes it cant be transfered to non dancers or musicians, masters that is.

I transferred my theatre to another master dancer and it worked but haven't heard if anyone can own it besides a master dancer or musician.
