I'm a novice entertainer going for master dancer. I have dancing lvl 3, healing level 4.

The problem is that my healing xp has stopped on 75k. It this right? So i can't gain anymore healing xp until i am a novice dancer? Or am i just bugged. Help please

That sounds right. All experience gain for all professions is capped at some point. For example, if you have pistol 1 and it takes 20k to get to pistol 2, you will cap at 30k experience, or something like that, until you train pistol 2...and then it'll start flowing again.

Sounds like that's what you're seeing. The answer is probably to get to novice dancer, as you surmised.
