I was wanting to take advantage of our factional perk +25% mind enhancement. I was in a detachment HQ, delacred overt, and registered my location with the detachment HQ. Yet, my mind buffs were only 100%, not the 125% I was expecting. I thought I was doing something wrong, so I decided to go back to the online player's guide.It appears the section describing the actual benefits of being in a factional HQ like the medic and entertainer's perks have been removed.

Have they removed our elite profession faction perks while they tinker with factional HQ?

Have I just not remembered that section properly? Maybe the benefits were for dancing healing only? Maybe it was never there? Yet, for some reason I remember reading +25 to mind enhancement somewhere.

Does not only the dancer but also the watcher have to be overt to gain the benefit?

Are there different types of registering commands? When I used the /registerwithplace command I received a message saying that I was now registered at this location.
