Thread: Mind Buffs going to be gone soon Because its Mind Control According to the Empire

Now seeing that Lokian wheat will be contraband soon, which means no more Legal Dr Buffs, I am guessing the Empire will also NOT allow Mind buffs any longer because you are using mind control to control a players mind and expand it. This would be a type of physcial drugs and I would consider it to be mind controlling and illegal. I can promise you this is coming very soon you watch. It makes sense.. Any thoughts because they seem to be going down the list of things to destory

I must be on drugs already, because I'm really not understanding what Lokian Wheat has to do with dancing, nor do I understand at all why Lokian Wheat would be considered contraband unless it's hallucinogetic.
Maybe the devs are on drugs, it'd explain a whole lot.

I woudlnt doubt that in the least but this game seems to enjoy making it overly stupid and hard to play this game

Rumors are rampant and spreading more won't help. Even if (!) Lokian Wild wheat would be considered contraband, doesn't neccessarily imply a buff pack made of it is contraband, too. To the game system, that's two different things. A Mind buff on the other hand isn't even an item to be found in an inventory at all.
So please, as SOE is not giving us information, do not give in to the temptation of spreading rumors instead. It doesn't help a bit

- The system looks for Spice, Sliced Weapons and Rebel Faction...period.
- IF you have a sliced weapon or spice, then it looks at neutral and Imperial Faction
- IF it finds something, it counts up the items and "makes a roll" to simulate the find. This is because some soldiers are more intelligent than others. If this were PnP, it would be a basic dice roll to find something. Not every soldier will find something whether you have it or not and not every search will yeild the same results. Thats to make it feel more real.
