I'll elaborate a bit.

Yes and no. You can, but a bug makes it so taking one buff stops the other one. So effectively no. There is a workaround, but it only saves a minute or two, which is usually spent either explaining the steps to do it, or re-trying because they got confused trying to follow the steps. So it's not worth it.
