Howdy fellow Booty Shakers. Mama always taught me only complain about something if you have some suggestions on how to make it better. Sorry if this has been discussed to death elsewhere that I missed but I'd thought I'd throw out some ideas that I think are better than the broken dog biscuit that was thrown our way.
******Disclaimer yes I think the broken stuff should be fixed before adding more broken content*****
First let me just say that all these should be added to Master level and here's why. Before you reach Master level you have something to work for (i.e. Master status and the skill gains). Once you reach Master level there is really nothing to work towards which is why I say it should be added there.
1. Master level Tiering - after reaching Master level you can cash in 400k dance xp (used only because of the current quest) to achieve another "specialization" tier. Two options here to spend it on at each tier. Option A. Flo strength - each tier adds an additional 5% to buff strength. At the 5th tier youget an additional innate 25% to buff strength. Option B. Flo Potency - Each level decreases the time it takes to give a buff by 5%. At the 5th tier a buff time reduction of 25% is reached. This gives a total of 10 tiers to be able to achieve post Master.
2. Master level Epic attire - after reaching Master level you can quest for a clothing schematic available for both male and female that only a Master can wear. Since most entertainers are into the clothing looks thing it gives an outward symbol to all of your Master status. Make it so that after the item is made you could take it to an NPC vendor and have it changed into say 1 of 5 items. This would still allow for some variance of look but be recognizable as Master only.
3. Buff self - a Master Dancer is so in tune with their own body and movements that not only can they affect the minds of others but of themselves as well. I know this one will probably get some "no that should be availabe at any level like Docs" but these are just some ideas and I'm sure there are better. Some condition such as the 400k xp or something else could be placed on achieving this ability.
4. Divided mind - each tier level adds an additional /setperf that can be done while ungrouped. Up to 5 lvls so you could buff 5 people at once ungrouped. I still group alot and for me this would be nice to buff multiple people without having to group them.
These are just some ideas of things I think could be done to add new content to the game that might actually be meaningful. I'm not saying these are the best or that all of us would find these useful but it does give us additional content post Master that actually means something. I'm not going to get into the arguement on if this would cause more AFK dancing or not to get the xp.
The focus of this is just to point out the kind of thinking that should be done to further the game content to keep people interested with goals to achieve. I'm not saying any of these would be easy to implement or not it's just the thinking that I'm after here.

Not keen on this one as mind buffs may be changing with combat revamp anyway, If were going to cash in 400k dance exp, id rather it be for a new dance with each 400k exp, and not broken ones.

Not keen on this either unless Tailorsmake it(sorry im tailor too)

Ive never understood why we cannot buff ourselves anyway (not that i need too, just seems silly)

Id be happy if you could 'buy' new abilities for any proffession by spending exp points at a npc vendor (like faction points are spent), and get say new dances, new special effects, veriaty of different buffs rather than just mind buffs.
If every proffession had perks they could buy it would be quite neat i think

And yes that's the right idea perks to be added post-master whatever those may be.

some really good ideas there!
I would definitely like to see dancers able to buff themselves - as my 2nd profession is Swordsman and goodness knows I need mind buffs all the time (brandy gets expensive!). As for the clothing and extra perks, I think they would also be nice in most professions - a little something extra (other than just skill mods and stuff) would be nice if you were a master of the profession.
