The link isworking for me. I wonder if it's just getting a lot of hits all at once. If you can't get through to the survey, maybe just try back a little later.
Thissurvey seems to bea little bit dated, as it asks questions about whether or not you plan on buying JTL (with no options to say that you already have), but there are a lot of opportunities for entertainer players to give their views (remember, sometimes "Other" is your friend - text fields to enter as much of an explanation as you feel up to... 
).

My male friend also tried doing the survey and it wouldn't let him. I think it's girls only.

No, I did the survey as well. I took every 'other' opprotunity to espouse our issues. I'd like to think someone will read it, but I doubt it.

Well I for one am greatly upset. 
Answering honestly, in thatI do work in a place that retals Audo CD's (a VERY small sideline of our business) it will not allow me to take the test. I don't even want OR care for any silly prizes. We should still be able to voice our opinions.
