Thread: Spot open for the Combat Upgrade test team

The Dancer team for the Combat Upgrade sandbox testing has an opening for another Correspondent pick, and I'm taking applications. We will primarilybe testing how any changes in the Combat Upgrade affect the Dancer profession, so we're looking for those very knowledgeable about how we as a profession work.
Some things to consider if interested in applying for the spot:
- We're looking for those who like to test... the ones that like to get their hands dirty playing with the systems, and find bugs/issues;
- If accepted to the testing team, you will agree to be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. You will not be able to discuss outside of the sandbox testing environment or designated CU forums anything that you've seen, heard, or speculated about as a tester. So... shhhh;
- Time availability - the Combat Upgrade testing may go on for some time, and we're looking for testers who will help us see it through.
- You may not work for any newspaper, magazine, publishing company, or any sort of media outlet, per the rules for the CU sandbox.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.

I'd recommend one of the players who got left off origonally (but expected to be in as she thought she was promised a place by Panthu). That player being test centre character 'avow' (I think her forum id is 'elbrun'). She is a Master Dancer/TKM on TC, a very good tester and has a good understanding of testing.

Yes, I would like the spot I was asked to have, and seem to not have recieved. But I'll understand if someone else is chosen.

Congratulations to DanceRulez (Shi'ann) for being selected to join the Dancer team in initial CU testing!
It's always difficult to select just one person from so many interested, qualifiedand passionate applicants. For those not selected for the first round of testing, be sure toregister for the CU beta (links are in TH's initial post in this thread), as many more testers will be added as testing progresses.

Ooh, I guess it's official now. I just gotta figure out how all this works now. I hope to still be around EOF, and someone's gotta stay in charge of Celestial Storm!
