I make a proposal for a new feature, that works similar to banking, and the whole thread gets deleted.... Freaking seriously mods/devs
WHY CAN'T A GOOD IDEA COME FROM A BUG. WHY CAN'T SOMETHING THAT IS CURRENTLY CONSIDERED AN EXPLOIT NOT BE RE-CONSIDERED IF IT WOULD INFACT BE A GOOD ADDITION TO THE GAME

Bringing a topic back up TWICE after the mods closed and even deleted it, because it is considered an EXPLOIT, is just stupid.

If anywhere in the thread someone posted a how to on the current exploit that is why it was deleted.

Nope, just mentioned it and how to fix it to make it a feature instead of a sploit. This is a GOOD thing for us, it adds REAL value to our class, I'm sorry that it started out as something considered an exploit, but who really cares where a good idea comes from?

No, because, well, one of the possible implimentations works pretty much exactly the way it does now, with a few minor fixes to make sure the entertainer has to be close by and taken care of.

*sigh* This is silly. Eaca has a good idea based on a 'sploit made legitimate. I wish the moderators would read her post and see whtat she's doing rather than reading exploit and appling heavy handed moderation.
I guess there is an AFK ModBot at SOE running a macro to delete posts possessing key words or prhrases, and not even capable of looking at the context.

Or that whoever the player is who keeps reporting it to them would just Stop and Think.

Some Mods just read in here. *shrug* It's possible these aren't being turned in.... any way, why don't you PM Deila and give her the proposal. She can then clean it up to be Mod friendly in here or post about it in the Corr Forum (where stuff does get deleted still, but much less often).

So buff banking IS considered an exploit? News to me. People do it all the time.

As I said in the other thread, as long as it is considered an exploit, posting about it is against the forums rules. And posting something against the forums rules will get posts locked or deleted.
(And just because people do something all the time doesn't make it not an exploit.)
