I know it's probably a crazy question, but can an entertainer droid "befriend" another entertainer, and allow them to use the effects interface? I haven't tried this yet. Any of our regulartesters have an answer?

Back in my CHing days, befriend allowed others to only use the commands programmed into the pet. Attach, stay, group, etc. Because droid effects are activated from the radial menu, I'm doubtful that befriended people will get the option by clicking on the pet.

We'd need a /tellpet effectscommand.

AFAIK, you can set them to follow still. You can also send them music flourishes through bandflos with a named instrument.

That's all I know though.

Well, medical modules work for another player when "befriended," and only then, correct? Or am I mistaken there?

Question would be, I think, whether or not a befriended non-Novice (Dancer or Musician) would gain access to the menu items to program anduse the effects, correct?

I've never tried it. Could test on Chilastra though, as my Deila there is just there for cross-server events or meetings. She's not Novice Dancer yet. We could try it and see.

Just ran a few tests, and couldn't get anybody that was "befriended" to control the darn thing. But it would be neat.
