Thread: Is this a little unfair?

Right after the CU I respec'd my TK to Master Fencer and made the HUGE mistake of dropping Master Dancer to take up swordsman because I noticed Fencer was not enough to survive out there...So I get aways up swords and they say WHEE Dancers can now respec!!!!!!!! GEE THANKS...now I cannot get Master Dancer back and still keep Master Fencer.
This does NOT seem fair. But then again, what is fair? I cannot get healing xp very fast in a group of 8 people with very very very few players even in the game.

Erm.
I am master fencer / master dancer / swordsman 0022.
And I fought level 82 rancors. I am not suicidal but I don't fear anything. If you know how it is done any combat combination of skill that gives you about level 30 is enough to just survive. And I HATE if people talk bad about fencer, simply because I love this profession, and especially because fencers became more powerful.
There are 500 base DPS fencer weapons out there (Acid swords). Fencers can raise hell if they want to.

I think the complaint is that SoE didn't let everyone repsec to start with so alot of peopleFubared their templates..
I know I kinda did.. I had desided that I wanted to go back to being an Entertainer from TKM/MDoctor but sence SoE was not going to allow entertainers to repec, I desided to do it the hard way before the CU hit, where I could get CM friends to throw Mind Posion/Diesease on friends to get the Healing XP needed..
I waisted alot of my time, and that of my guildies and friends grinding out Ent 0004 and Dancer 0404 ... Because SoE could not make up thier stupid minds about Repecing.

Mmmm You can master Fencer and dancer and have 38 points left over.
The general consensus is it's better to go Ranged when a solo master though but you'll be able to get a single line in swords to help if you want to go tank.

I think someone stated in a different thread here, that the possibility that they'd allow us to respec non-combat profs WAS a possibility.
But it does suck that you'd completely shred your template just to accomodate something like that, without making sure of what you could do, SP-wise. Have you got a link to a good online char builder?
