Thread: Not star wars but maybe good for SWG

You know a year or so ago whenI first started playing I studied the dancer profession. Sure there were bots all around afk but I liked doing the moves. I did not like 80% of the dances but i did like the tribal dance and my goal was the /breakdance.
I quit eventually but if I would have had opportunities to do some of this:

I would have stayed.
In fact if I COULD do the "windmill" (that's the move where he's on the floor and his legs are circling round", in a canteena I would make another character just to be able to do it.
Yeah sure no breakdancing in any SW but notice my title. Plenty of things that occur in game have to be ignored if you're a roleplayer for the sake of immersion (jedi) and suspension of belief.
If some people don't like it, it's their perogative to ignore it. Nevertheless my opinion stays if they ever pushed some of these moves to live, it would be hella fun IMHO.

After having gone to the expense of live action capture and CGI, hopefully some of the moves will be added to Breakdance 2 or we get a Breakdance 3 at some future date.

Amen. I have cancelled four accounts in the last few weeks, but I would STAY for that. That would be sweet. Never thought I would enjoy being a dancer, but I have always respected the profession. You guys have saved me on many occasions pre-cu, and made my job easier as acrafter post-cu. My hat goes off to all of you.
I realize this is not Star Warsy, but MAN...I would love to have it ingame.

I was pretty disappointed that breakdance didn't come with real breakdance moves. As far as it not being SW? Well, we've got Ithorians with 3 suits of exclusive armor, Wookies in Clone Armor, Jedi running around all over the place. I really don't think anyone is going to claim that breakdance moves will destroy this game's delicate continuity.
