Hiyas, I am back after taking a break from SWG. I was just wondering if the Clothing with Bio-Engineered modifiers, or Clothing Attachmentscan raise a skill mod over 100? I am fairly certain there is a hard cap for skill modifiers at 100, but i want to be 100% sure.

Thanks

You can go past 100 on your skill mods, but anything past a +25 bonus to a specific skill mod will not count. That cap is per player, not per bonus enhancing item

I logged on today for the first time since a monthbefore JtL was realeased. Im a mater TK and 4433 Carbineer. I cound not wear any of my 80% composite armor anymore (due to the cu I was told). So Im just making sure that as a TK I no longer need to buy armor, just clothes that look nice? It also told me that I had negative skill points so I dropped the little bit in medic that I had to be able to use better stim packs. How do I heal myself now? Do stimpacks still work the same or is there a new way of self healing? Thank for the help.

Unless you have medic/doc/CM, then you will be stuck using stims for healing. However, you no longer require any medic skills to use them. Instead, they are restricted by your Character Level. At best, stim D's heal you for about 1200 every 60 secs. I can't recall the exact Character Level for each stim though.

Anyone can use Stims now - no medic needed. The higher your combat level, the higher the stimpack you can use.

TKM's built in armour is great - especially with CoB.

Personally, I wouldn't combine TKA with Ranged, but that's me.

You have 3 weeks to try different templates - fiddle about every day until you find out what suits you under the new system.
