I want to buff people for the full 2 hours with the 5 minute buff, but when i am unbuffed i lose my HAM doing flourishes and when i do no flourishes i only buff for 33 minutes, whats the macro for mind buffing while unbuffed yoruself?

What are your action stats and substats?

You can't. I use food and drink buffs to keep my action up or I try to have someone nearby who is willing to heal my action.

what kind of food and drinks do you use?

Accarragm. Boosts all three action stats. It's a drink. Look for stuff with a filling less than 50, so you can drink two. 45 minutes or longer duration is a plus also.
