As I get closer and closer to master I still have no idea how to buff someone's mind. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Ask person that you are buffing to watch you. Select them and type /setperf after 8 minutes or so have them stop watching. Waaa Laaa buffed. Or have them form a group. Have them watch for 8 minutes or so then stop watch. In a group there is no need for the /setperf command. Also I am pretty sure there is a sticky somewhere on how to perform buffs.

Buff times depend on your flourish rate. There is food that can reduce the time as well. Some well known buffers can do a buff in about 2 minutes. With the right finesse. Hope that helps.
