Bulbous, which most likely describes some personal attribute, you'll be happy to know that I'm leaving the game. Most of the intelligent, mature people have already done so and I feel sorry for the ones who are trying to tough it out.

Quite frankly after being offline for a month because of the crashing problem I came back to find most of the real players gone and the world left populated with people like you.

Now you have the Entire Galaxy all to yourself and you don't have to put up with me anymore and MORE important, I don't have to put up with people like you anymore. Work hard enough at it dearie and the whole GALAXY will be populated with Bulbous clones.Be careful what you wish for honey. Sometimes you get it.

BYE BYE.

p.s. don't even bother replying cause I won't be back to read it.

You may leave Star Wars Galaxies, but at this point, I am frightened that you live in MY galaxy, with your man-hating demeanor, your sociopathic tendencies, and a pistol in your purse.

I do tend to ignore people who don't know what they're talking about and create facile bases for their arguments.

Pre-history IS history. Get it?

Thank you for responding.

Yes Sinda, I get it. I know the definitions.

I always have understoodrecorded history, which is often supported by evidence (related historical accounts, archaeological data, etc)and pre-history, which isderived through other means,to bedifferent in value. I believe that most would agree, as well as yourself, that recorded history more closely conforms with truth or fact than pre-history. This is why I found your argument a bit confused.

I apologize if that offended you. It was not my intention.

First of all, Bulbous, if you don't think females can be warriors, why don't you go pick on a bear cub while the mother is nearby and see if she is just passive and does nothing about it. Whether you believe it or not, many cultures in history have used women warriors. They can fight fiercely, and I'm sure many would be proud to fight for us. Whether you want them in any military units is a problem you will have to deal with, because sooner or later, almost all armies in the world will include them. Resist as long as you want, but change will come, whether we want it to or not.

And on a side note, I've known Flawed since beta, and she is not the image you are trying to paint of her. You didn't even try to understand her. Your views are clearly misogynistic, and I'm not going to bother debating anymore because it's clear you don't want to believe in women being as capable as men in anything but cooking and doing laundry.

I think that helps demonstrate my point rather than disproving it. A mother bear will fight for her cub, but tends not to fight for any other reason.

It seems to me that we have gone as far as we are going togo in that direction, and the elastic will come snapping back before it stretches further.

I understand Flawed perfectly well. I have urged her to seek professional help, in all seriousness, on more than one occasion. On your second point, you are getting me confused with another poster. I am not denigrating women in any way. I am not saying men are superior, or stronger. I am saying that men and women are different. Each sex has it's own inherent strengths and weaknesses. Being a soldier is not a strength of the female sex. It is only of very late that sexual equality has gotten so overblown that we are being led to think that there is no difference in the sexes whatsoever; that each is as capable of performing a given task as the other. That is complete rubbish; hopefully the next generation will reject it entirely.

I'm not a dancer, but I watch them and /tip well without being overbearing or possessive (at least I like to think that.)

It's a shame to see a thread that actually had some interesting information in the initial post be overshadowed by an argument that doesn't seem to have much at all to do with the subject.

FD, Is there any chance of a guide part two, or has the whole thing been sufficiently ruined at this point?

I’m sorry that the game has not worked out for you. Both with your expectations of the game-play and with the technical issues you were experiencing. But please don’t assume that the folks who are actually enjoying this game (and are not leaving) are unintelligent and immature.

I’m not sure which server you play on, but I’ve met plenty of intelligent, mature and engaging personalities on Wanderhome who are very happy playing SWG. I’m sure they don’t feel they deserve your pity.

Best Regards,
