is it limited to entertainer events. Most my events are geared to entertainers but open enough for all to participate like talent contests and beauty pageants.

I get bogged down with work for a few days, and look at all that's happened. 
And yes, regarding Friday Features articles from the entertainer community, I think we have every chance of getting one (or more)in, if well-written and ready to go. New thread time!

On Gorath, we have a couple of regular (every week) entertainment events. I don't know if they count as "big", but they're fun.

Name of Event: CASINO NIGHT!!! Club Midnight Casino
In-game Contact: Zannon
Location: Nocturnus, Lok (Club midnight is at -3748, -1023)
Date: Time: Alternate Sundays (next is December 12th), 8pm CST
Purpose of Event: This in an in-character social Roleplay event. Bring your credits, your good luck charm, and someone to watch your back (there is more than one wretched hive in the galaxy). CLUB MIDNIGHT CASINO.. featuring gambling, live dealers, and the finest entertainment in the galaxy.

In-game Contact: Ekade
Location: Lucky Despot Cantina, Mos Eisley, Tatooine
Date: Time: Alternate Sundays (next is December 19th), 8pm CST
Purpose of Event: This in an in-character social Roleplay event for the seedier side of the Galaxy. Bring someone to watch your back. Weary pilots, come in and have a drink.

As for events, we have two big xmas shows coming up on Chimaera on the 19th that will merge into each other in the evening - the Kraytmas Party and the SWING/Nebula X-Mas Tour. You can find details in the Eevents Listing on the Chimaera board.
I have plenty of screenshots from monthsof performing, I just would need to dig some of the better ones up. But I'll do that tomorrow, as it's late already in my part of the world, and I need to get up early

Every Friday on the Natirus server the GES (Galatic Entertainer Society) holds a party at a different player cantina with a "color theme" for clothes.
