Huh? what are you implying about the country where such films asStar Wars Episode I & II were made... ??

*cough* I won't tell them what you said about your western cousins when I answerred this in the Corr chat.

Don't worry, it's not as bad as what I say about South Australia, Queenslanders and Tasmanians...

Amazing work! Absolutely loved. This was the first video I've seen and of course had to check out all the other ones after it, but this one will always hold a special place in my heart.

How are you capturing the video from the game, obviously a second program, but you'lve roused my creativity bug and I'd like to take a stab at one. Please any info would be greatly apreciated, thanks in advance.

Kateel, we use a program called Fraps to capture the ingame video. I wrote up a FAQ section on my site that may provide you with more information.

Good luck and have fun creating your video!

Great video!!! Espicially for your first time.

If I may, I'd like to hand out a few tips so your next movie is just a awesome.

*Change up your shots a little bit. Come up with a creative angle on the camera. Instead of just the dancer dancing over and over at the same shot level, try taking a couple of shots from the ground or the air. It will provide a different view and will be more interesting to look at.

*I loved how all the back up dancers looked exactly the same. I can't tell if you filmed it that way or if you were able to copy/paste their movements somehow. Very cool. It was really neat the first time. Perhaps for the 2nd or 3rd time, you could do something a little different. Maybe instead of showing the whole group, maybe take an angle of just 2 of the back up dancers... Again it provides something more interesting for the eye.

*Move the camera. If you watch a good movie you'll definatly notice that the camera usually doesn't stay put for the whole scene. You were able to move the camera a little bit at the end.... But you should do it more. Like when the dancers were all dancing together, it would've been cool to swing the camera around a little bit. Zooming in and out is cool. Perhaps zoom in really close on the dancer's face and zoom out.

*Faster transitions. I saw how you tried to change the shot with the phrase, but I think it could've been a little bit faster. Mix up a bunch of stuff and see what you come up with....Close-ups, medium shots, long shots, two-shots, ground shot, air shot. Use the stuff I talked about eariler and make your transitions faster.

*Change the subject. I know how this is suppose to be about "moving your body" but it gets a little boring to watch dancers the whole time.... Maybe show some onlookers or a crowd, if you have one. This is called "B Roll." B-Roll are shots that are seperate from the main action, but somehow related. Like a crowd shot at a football game.

I've never made a movie in the game, only in RL for a Video Productions class I'm taking. So I don't know how easy some of this stuff is in the game. These are just suggestion for you to use if you think they would work... Something to get you thinking differently.

Hopefully that will help ya out a bit. I really enjoyed your video.

GREAT WORK!!!

Keep it up!

Awesome video!

I have both of Eiffel 65's albums (Contact and Europop). If I were to select something from Contact, I'd go with One Goal, People of Tomorrowor World in the World. Europop, I'd go with Blue, Move your Body (done), and another kick [censored] one, Silicon World.
