Oooh Oooh, I got an idea!!!

What about a confirmation window when looping?

Say the macro goes through once and then with the loop or ui action command, you get a popup window asking you to confirm that you are at the computer. Make it similar to slicing window... this way there is no possible way to macro it and you have to be at the computer in order to make the macro continue....

What do you think? This particularly isn't a solution, but it is an alternative that just sprung into my head...

Also with my idea... make the confirmation window randomize the "Yes" and "No" options. This way you have to read it instead of setting up a third party program and breaking EULA.

The problem with this idea is that it still restricts gameplay, if Im buffing groups for a raid and my macro stops (or I stop dancing) and have to type in a yes or no answer that interrupts the buffs. I would be afraid of poor buffs or no buffs at all with this. Unless people could make a full buff session macro in one. Which, as it is now, if you try to you have to re-write the macro because of its length.

Withpeople joining the group on and off, stopping the macro would have a high possibility of an incomplete buff.

Perhaps this can be fixed first?

For a player that is both Dancer and Musician this could get incredibly annoying Macros arent just used to AFK play, some people use them because they have the best chance of buffing in the least amount of time for the full buff.

For example:

The buffbot in theed on our server is at her keyboard 80% of the time, but she still usesa buffbot macro style to play.

Its easier and ensures a perfect buff. Players know thatand that is one of the reasonsthey go to her.
