tell ya what. If you are rebel and looking to get some healing xp on starsider, I know of a few good places to hang out. Send me an email in game and I'll hook ya up. Not good for dance xp though unless you bring your own group (and they'd all have to be rebel).
Seeing as how I just finished Tech 4 the other day.....Dance XP is a secondary issue now (except for future FS XP use)
Next time I'm on, I'll get with you.

I was overt in theed and I met a mcm/mbh + a melee stacker both declared ready to fight. The battle was not going too well, the melee stacker was an incredible tank and the mcm was shoveling all those states. Until a friendly Jedi showed up, and I thought, sweet! Another Jedi to help me out, we should be able to take these two. Didn't turn out so well...we both died. The mcm slowed us down and the tank was too hard to take down.
I know the whole 1.5x thing is opinionated of the devs, I just wanted to point out that, if a profession that is supposedly a combat profession that takes perhaps 3x longer to grindthan any normal profession. And this profession isn't able to stand up against 2 others that are easily grinded. Well then, Jedi should be a regular grind. Isn't that logical? But then if they did this, jedi population will explode therefore unbalancing the game. It seems like nobody will ever get what they want.

also think of this, Tk has inate armor over 4 rows of skills, Jedi does not. CM is a combat medic, geared toward combat and the likes, Jedi is suppose to be. What if a gank squad found you alone, would you come here to gripe about that? No flame intended, but going around overt and then dying, then b!tching about it isn't exactly cool. Yes, i have gone around overt as a master rifleman/commando with recon armor. Needless to say, with two other lvl 80 friends, we could NOT take out a certain jedi on my server. 3 on 1 with the 1 winning....we technically should've waxed him.

As I posted before....seriously, you complain about everyone wanting to be a jedi but if jedi is overpowerd then everyone MUST be a jedi. It is simple common sense. Jedi is a profession that is a choice. Yes it takes longer to grind but it is a choice that you made. They should be no different thanany other profession, maybe a slight edge but nothing too great. Every profession has it strengths and weaknesses but you must learn how to use them. Any profession should be able to to compete with each other. It should ultimately be who is better at pvp, thats all theres it to it. Let it be noted that I have been a jedi for a long time and I am fine with the profession. Yeah it has some downsides but honestly who cares really. There are so many now, that it has turned into just another profession and it should treated as such. There are a variety of professions that people can play and have fun with and they should have the opportunity to good at the profession they have no matter who they are fighting.
