I've been away from playing for some time, but when I last played, there was rumor that the bicep had stopped dropping.

Is that still the case, or do I stand a chance of getting one for my new character?

I am the silly girl -- to the non ents, at least -- who ADK'd my bicep. I didn't have anything else that mattered more. My own RIS was made by me, isn't interwoven, and therefore is crap except for looks.

And you can't use 'em on AV-21's. As a TK, I don't usually see weapons I'd be that worried about keeping.

I am sooooooooo happy.

Yay for the Correspondants working to get this change done, and I can't even wear one. However, I would have been exceedingly upset for my girlfriend. Not to mention it took me months to find the one I got for her.
