Heh, nifty stories here.

I think the oddest tip I've ever given out was about a month ago. Wandered in to some little cantina somewhere on Dantooine, and sat there watching the poor, lonely dancer. We chatted, as neither of us had anything better to do, and she mentioned that she was trying to go up Marksman so she'd have at least SOME combat skills. Unfortunately, she didn't have the cash to equip herself well.

So, being a little short on cash myself, I dug around in my backpack. She got a full suit of Ubese (around 65%, I think), a couple of republic blasters (so she could use 'em w/o a cert), and a laser rifle for a bit later up the tree.

She went quiet for about a minute, then let me know she was crying in RL. Apparently most people who came through just watched and ran. I was the first person to ever actually help her out.

Made my day. Even getting slaughtered by a bunch of Nightsisters several times later on didn't wipe the smile from my face.
