Scout enables you to build camps and therefore inspire anywhere in the wild... if you have 15 leftover skillpoints becoming scout is a good way to go, while many other classes would rather become medic in such a situation.

Caer has a few left over sp, she was using them for FS skills, but they are mainly useless for her as she will never be a Jedi. Perhaps diverting theme to Scout would be a good idea. 15 months ago she started out as a Scout. Would be rather nice to get it again.
If you get the Survival FS line you'll be able to set up camps even if you aren't a scout. You also get the added +5 terrain negotiation for it. That was my initial thinking when I decided to get Survival...was to supplement it with dancing.
Keep in mind, however, that you won't actually be able to make your own camps. But, you do have the ability to place them. And, they can only be the very basic of camps. So, if you can find yourself a scout supplier to make you some of those camps, you can buy them, and you're good to go.

Master Dancer/Master Bounty Hunter/Novice Carbines
The MBH gives some good defense bonuses, and you can wear assualt armor.
The Novice Carbine enables you to do more damage with your Proton Carbine that you can weild as a MBH.
I mostly solo outside the cantinas and the above combo works well at CL 54. (Oh, no, I never hunt player Jedi). Also, Bounty Hunter is just plain different and fun for me to play, on those times I don't want to dance. Of course as weird as this may sound I spend most of my timein gameshopping and looking for good deals!!
Before the great CU nerf, I tried both master rifles and TKM with dancer. In the pre-cu world each worked very nice with TKM being perhaps the best combo then. Today, so much damage ability has been taken from TKM that I would not want to solo as one.
I bought the game to be a Dancer/Smuggler combination. However, smugglers don't smuggle so that idea was dead as soon as I got the game loaded. At least, dancer's still dance, why is a question, but they do actually dance! Maybe after the longawaited for smuggler upgrade comes I will try smugglerif they can smuggle!But, that's already been a 2 year wait.I guess that maybe why I do a lot of shopping is that in a way it feels like smuggling; I buy low on a vendor on one planet and then fly to sell high on the public bazaar of another. Now, if only there were some blockade ships to run, some scanners in the starports to avoid, and maybe a clandestine travel routes only for smugglers, wow, there's a game!
