Panthu...I wish I could keep everybody with me...hehe...but, I won't be playing or buying any Sony product. They're under lifetime boycott. 
But, I have actually been checking out dark and light every week or so and it looks very interesting to me. Yesterday I sent in my application for beta. So far, this looks to be the one I'm going to go for. I also may go back to Eve, that was pretty fun.
There are others that I'm interested in, but they don't come out for a while.
Edited to say that it's kinda like when people say to me things like...well, if you don't like the afk or dancing is not enjoyable, then do something else like combat. Well, the point is, I want to play what I want to play, and if I can't dance then it's not worth playing the game at all. Similarly, since I like combat as well, if it's impossible for me to level, then it's not worth playing at all just to do it. And, I'm so bitter with Sony right now, that most of it comes down to the fact that they don't deserve my money, so I'm not going to reward them by paying them extra so I can do combat in another game of theirs and dance here. The truth is, Sony only cares about the bottom line, so I am doing my small part to hurt them in that capacity.

Ok, it's still not going to be enough to get me away from SWG, but they have fairies... fairies!! Yeah, I'll be playing. One of each class they can be most likely. Look for a Fairy dance emoting non-stop with some variation of Panthu for a name- that'll be me. 
I love the social xp the way they are doing it, I just wish it came with dancing and gigs... and, happened in a sci-fi world. But whatever, fairies ftw!

Edit for Drygo's edit: I don't get mad at companies or hold grudges, Funcom made me cry when they nerfed the heck out of my beloved Fixer, but I'm still excited about their new game Conan and I still pop into AO every now and then. Anyway, I understand what you're saying and I thought you might feel that way, I was just hoping you might be easy like me and we could keep you around.
Can't blame an old glowie for trying to hang on to the old crowd. *goes to knit something and talk about the old days*

I'm not a Jedi hopeful (sorry if I gave that impression, I get my Jedi fix elsewhere 
), I'm just trying to grind out a decent non-Jedi PvP template. I'm more than a little disappointed about having this happen half way through my grind, with a mangled, next-to-useless template, that's all.
I'm debating whether or not to leave Aivo the way she is and use another toon for entertainer, or taking Aivo dancer/musician/ID. (not sure which I'd really like at this point, but I'm leaning towards dance/ID)
I understand exactly how you feel, D. Just want you to know that it has been wonderful to have you around here. I hope you'll come back sometime..or at least that I'll run into you elsewhere. Take care.

The only thing I don't like about that is I can't be a male fairy. 
For some reason I hold grudges. Like big time. haha...Cablevision, Sprint, Soe, Maxis, Wells Fargo...so many I can't name them all...ALL boycotted. hehe...I'm just a stickler for customer service...it's important to me. I'll pay up the wazoo as long as you treat me nicely. 
But, I'm gonna miss everyone...that's the worst thing. Despite my boycott though, I'm not bitter. I'm not leaving this game pissed off. There were so many good things about the game when I was here. It just got to the point where the bad outweighed the good...and that's when I always said I would leave. The game was great...the people currently making decisions about the direction of the game...devs, suits, whatever...those are the people my grudges are against. Pretty much all the new people that started this drastic CU change nonsense.
At any rate, I had fun my last couple of days giving things away. I put a huge chunk of my money into the city hall coffers, gave the rest out...really loved making noobs happy. Played some games. Went to Mos Eisley and put some really high end items on the bazaar for 1 credit, then went to the MO and announced that...for example, "There is a health buff crystal on the bazaar for one credit!" until someone went and got it. That was fun.
And Eshie...thanks for having me...all of you...it was a blast while it lasted. And, I like that one quote you singled out. I may use that in my sig on my next game.

See...the thing is...this kind of thing has happened too much. I was serious about it this time. Gave all my stuff, gave away all money. It was too little, too late. One stupid decision too many. I will not be returning. However, I do appreciate all the community I've had here and will miss you all.
