You two as well as her family are in my thoughts today.

It hurts deeply to lose someone whose candle burned so brightly. From Else's posts and everyones mentions, it sounds like she truly lit a up a room.

/hugs

I never met this person or saw the character and am not even an entertainer, but it is sad to hear news like this no matter what.

May she rest in peace.

Just ran across this .. though I didn't know her, I remember once before this happened, in WW2OL .. we held a full military funeral and 21 gun salute for it, too.

My condolences to those who knew her, may she rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of knowing Nicole Zalm both online and offline. She was a great friend to me and my children and someone that was always there for me when I needed a friend. I can't tell you how terrible it was to find out that she had passed away. I want to take a moment to thank you all for your kind words about her and for honoring her memory the way that you all seem to have. On her home server I saw that they were even trying to petition for a statue or something to beplaced in her memory. Her family is not well off by any stretch of the imagination. Her death was very untimely and she had no insurance to cover it. Her family though asked for everyone to make a donation in her memory to the american cancer society to help prevent deaths like hers rather than accept any kind of help for her service. That's exactly what she would have wanted too... Nicole was the kind of woman that would give you her last dollar if she knew that it would help you.

Anyway... Sorry to necro this up, I was just thinking about her again and needed a place to express myself.

I feel so awful I didn't even see this post until now.

I wasn't lucky enough to know her, in game or out, but I remember seeing her a lot on the forums. I'll miss her, too. Many hugs, kisses, and positive energies going out to her, her friends, and her family.
