I checked it out on TC-Chilastra last week usingseveral different mind enhancement items fordance and music.They did not affect the time required to apply the inspiration buff or the duration or power of the inspiration buff.

Yes. It just takes them longer to apply the buff.

First of all, there is only battle fatigue. Mind wounds are completely gone from the game, hence mind wound healing is gone.

Inspiration buffs are meant to take the place of mind wound healing. That is why healing bonuses, not mind buffing bonuses, apply to the inspiration buffs. Your +25 mind enhancement tapes will have no effect on the application of the inspiration buff. If you have clothing with wound healing bonuses, that will apply. HOWEVER - the only thing that can change about the inspiration buff is how fast it is applied.

Currently there is no buff to replace the mind buff and the focus/willpower buff that has been taken away from dancers and musicians. Remember, inspiration buffs are a replacement for MIND WOUND HEALING, not mind enhancement. What the devs have hinted at is that they'll be adding additional buffs of some as-yet undetermined type to replace the mind buffs. When they will be added has not been revealed. What kind of buffs they are has not been revealed.
