Ok, we're not exactly ready, but it's here, isn't it? Sh!t, and I'm running dangerously low on the Bourbon.....

On another note, are there any marketing majors out there looking for a job? I think SOE might need some soon.

Sad that they -still- release things before they are ready. I'd love to know if this was a push from SOE adminstration (the people not on dev, without a clue what actually needs to happen) or the LucasArts liasons...its always been one or the other in the past...too many **** cooks in the kitchen ruins the feast.

Have a laugh...the only job position up for grabs at the Austin location is Star Wars Galaxies Creative Director....hopefully this time they get someone who listens to the community and pays attention to the creative professions as well as the combat professions.

Sadly, I doubt that will happen - they're looking for someone who has been on development for release of at least 3 - 4 games, which means more than likely it will be someone already brainwashed by the industry.

I'm hanging in, and doing my best to keep an open mind. It's not easy though. There isn't anything else out there I want to do...so I'm staying.....for now. SOE can't get rid of me that easy
