Yeah, I think it's time for SOE to update their excuse as to why no visible cloaks/capes in their games.

The old reason being, because they take too much work and/or would lag out the games too much just doesn't fly anymore, since it's obvious almost every non-SOE game figured out how to add them in per customers requests.
