So what's the scoop on Player City Cantinas?
A master of either dancer, musician or chef may place a player city cantina. Do you need to declare residency? Do you need to have an architect make the schematic for you? I have seen them on the bazaar (I think) The player city must be of level 2 or higher. What makes a player city level 2? The owner may drop master of the required skill without losing the cantina. The cantina may only be transferred to a master of the required skills. If the city disbands, the cantina will remain. A cantina requires 5 lots and holds 400 items.

Do you need to declare residency? Not to own one. However, most cities require that those owning structures in the city declare residency.
Do you need to have an architect make the schematic for you?As with all player owned structures (with the exception of bases), they are built by Architects.
What makes a player city level 2? 20 residents

I'm new, so this is still stuff I am trying to pickup, I bought my house deed on the bazaar, so have no clue where/who I would go to for a cantina deed.=o)

With the house-pack-up you can carry around a pre-decorated house/cantina-in-a-box!

Think about it - you could decorate in the comfort of your own player city and then simply lift the predecorated house and bring it to the exotic party locale of your choosing!! /woot for the parties!

Hmmmmm, now I just need to find a vendor and a decent general house to pick up. <-- this could be great fun, true gypsies!!!
How does the purchasing and placement of actual cantinas work? My guild is looking for a place to put our player city, but it takes 35? inhabitants before you can have a Master drop a cantina?? You also need an architect for that correct?
