Thread: is dancing fun??
Dancing is NOT inherantly fun.Dancers ARE inherantly fun. WhatI considerfun is the activities that are generally associated with being a Dancer.
1. Chit Chat- You're in the cantina with nothing better to do than chat it up with anyone who comes in. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and have good conversations.
2. Parties- Entertainers are the social planners of the galaxy. Our gameplay relies heavily on socializing with others and since there are no real game mechanics to ensure that we have something to do we get bored and come up with the really cool party ideas.
3. Role Playing- Again, with a lack of any real game play we have plenty of time to develop our characters and thier relationships with others.
I personally find it fun to create a performance with lights and such but only to the extent that the audience enjoys it. I love to hear someone say "omg that is so friggin cool!".I lovebeing the center of attention. I also run a radio show and I think it's awsome to dance to the music with my friends. However, if all i had to do with my dancer was what the game put in for me, I'd have to say that dancing is an EXTREME bore.
