Impossible to test that on the actual test center.
I just deleted my old caribineer from it to create an entertainer. I used the search function to find out who else was on Tatooine. And found astonishing three people including myself. I hadn't had the slightest chance to get seven people into a cantina to complete my helper droids stuff (need the money to fly to Naboo... heard that New Unity was the best place to find other entertainers on TC). Not to speak of ten people outside of a cantina. *sigh*
I see no point in putting in another broken dance. Those who are already broken should be fixed first... but that's better than nothing. Once it comes live... well we all have dancing XP capped at 900k anyway, don't we?

Not now that we've traded in dance exp for FS exp.
I agree on broken-ness, but.. lyrical2 is still my favorite dance, so I'm sure I'll do the quest regardless.
Honestly in general I feel a bit cranky that instead of giving old dances a full 8 flourishes each we're getting something new...
But there is something to be said for the fact that it comes with a quest, and that's at least an acknowledgement that we exist, and a statement of faith that we SHOULD be more than NPCs since NPCs can't do quests.

Hehe. I have a guess there. If you look into the other profession forums, they all have there little problems and keep "crying" (from a developers point of view) for this and that. So they chose the quick and easy path. Simply patch together another dance from old data garbage, make a little quest out of it and done. To the next profession, do something for droid engineers.
And what do we learn from this? All developers have fallen to the dark side. (Though I admit my evidence is quite thin)

Its not poplock 3 But it does have problems.
But it does have problems.Pros:
I love several of the flo's. I feel like i'm dancing on Broadway 
Cons:
A few of the flo's are a bit silly. The hand twirl at the start of flo 8 is one.
The base dance looks like broadway meets line dancing and the first half of it is just ick.
It has serious drift issues. Worse than any other dance we currently have.
The base dance is very very broken due to the movement bug and looks horrible. The few parts you can see are the worst parts of the base dance.
My opinion?
Until they fix the broken base dance problem(and preferably the drift problem too) this is the worst dance they could give us right now as it suffers badly from those flaws in the system. Also I'd like to see the base dance reworked animation wise. The rest of the flourishes I can live with as some of them are very nice for sure
But, I can not stress enough, unless they fix the broken base dance problem there is no point in ever giving us this dance.

From the perspective of a cluelessaudience member, I'd say the dance has a lot of neat flourishes. I find it quite fun to watch. I think I see what you all mean about drift and the problems with the base dance, but speaking as a Musician With No Clue About Dancing, I didn't really notice the bad stuff nearly as much as the stuff I liked. Then again, I have Formal and Formal 2, and they seem fine to me when I dance them, so I guess I'm truly clueless.
Interestingly, the new dance could conceivably be danced to the new song. I'm loving the new song.

Well I was able to finish the quests. Not a huge problem. The quest actually works. I didn't have enough dancing exp to learn the dance but I was able to get the scroll

They look fine to the person doing them, it's just the watcher who sees it. I think I was on Popular2 before I understood what people were talking about, heh. Anyway, we just need to get you Dancing more!

If they really implement ANOTHER broken dance, then they better don't do it at all.
At least nothing is no direct slap in our face.
The first thing for us in month (or ever?) and what is it? something noone will use cause its broken

I won't run around grabbing people to watch me for an hour just to look like a fool later...(Obviously, I'm one of those people that refused to work toward jedi because I disagreed with the approach taken at launch. There's really no point in doing something where the cost is greater than the benefit...)
