Well, let's see ... 60 flourishes, with a time of 8 seconds per 5 flourishes, that's 96 seconds or 1 minute 36 seconds. Although technically, you don't have to wait the last full 8 seconds (since the buff is done when you complete the last 5 flourishes), and you can fire off those 5 flourishes in about a second so maybe 1:29 or just 1:30 to round it to a nice easy number.
