It seems as tho the devs want to stress test Bria on 9/23 8-10 PM central.

OK, OK I should have suspected that the devs couldn't even get a date right........
The Bria Stress test per the update notes is to happen "Friday Sept 23, 2004, from 8-10 PM CDT"
Now I'm looking at a calendar....and September 23 is TODAY.....Thursday.

The event he refers to is the developer live events team events that will be happening tonight on Bria, in various cities. They wish to stress test the hardware in preparation for JTL, so they are putting on various events, for newbies, mid-level, and high-level players, tonight there.
Any cantina-crawlage that should happen would be spur of the moment (and I haven't finished reading my forums this morning, so I don't know if anything's getting organized), as opposed to the next official cantina crawl happening in early October.
I'm sure some of the enterprising entertainers on Bria will gather where the devs are running their events and party, though, so it should still be a fun time.

Sure, we can all start out fromBishop's Santuary or Fifth River or the Drunken Tusken. We can spread out all over the galaxy or stick in one large group. Heck, if the devs want to bring down Bria, we can all go down together! LOL!
Just everyone remember to log into the ent chat! And, no, don't ask me how to log into it - I'm lucky just to autojoin it instead of the dead ent channel anymore! 
Party hard when you get there to make up for lost time.
