Oh. Well, I don't really understand the attraction to these two particular professions then, but still, best of luck, and have fun with it!

It is kinda "love" that many cannot understand about this "so-called-useless" proffessions, my second jedi was dancer too till last 15 skillpoints of its template. Was lucky to dance theatrical with novice entertainer at least

I want you to be happy, but does this mean you are going to be BHed in cantinas often? Thank god for Publish 20 or you'd be griefed all day every day.

But really, I know you must have to be an ATK player, but how will you deal with BHs?

Cool idea btw.

Hooray for non-standard templates!

I have a Master Shipwright / Master WS / Master Artisan / Novice Healer / Novice Defender... CL 5... and I'm happy with it.

My alt is the full-bore combat wench, her "brother" is a crafter not a fighter.

Awesome!

Congrats hun, great to see people playing the game for the fun it should be and not fighting the endless battle for the fotm template.

Much respect, and if a BH comes, high kick them in the head

Not a waste at all. I wish more people would do stuff like this instead of trying to be as uber as possible. You're a level 80 anyway. It's not a template you can do 1v1 much with. But, if you're anything like me, I don't care for that anyway. I'm still in the very first stages of trying to figure out if I eventually want to do the same thing as you. (Diff Jedi skills, but still hybrid Jedi/Dancer). And for me, the only kind of PvP that is fun is group. And, as such, you should still be able to add something to the group.

And, if it's something you like and want and you goal is to have fun, it's not a waste. So congrats for achieving the goal and not "selling out."

I know that to many of you that's a waste of skill points. And I know I could be much more effective in combat than I am now, but as a role player, all I have to say is that's why I have a completed goal, while you have a string of unfinished characters.

As a casual player, part time freelance artist and full time parent of two children, I have been told over and over that to do this was a waste, and that even if I did make it, it wouldn't be worth it. And to them I say perhaps you're right. But your lazieness is no match for my tenacity. This is my kung fu, and it is strong.

Many congratulations, it is a pinnacle achievement to createthe exactcharacter you wish to play, especially while juggling gametime with a career and parenthood. GG.

I fail to see why you felt it necessary to denigrate others with blames of laziness and unfinished characters however. It sours the news of your accomplishment.

I am impressed. You have done something unique. What type of character did you have in mind when you decided to create a lightsaber wielding dancer?

Congrats, Ihareo. I know this has been a goal of your's for a long time. It requires a measure of commitment and dedication that few have the courage to sustain. Waste of time and skillpoints? Lol! This is a game. The point is to have fun. If You are having fun then it is certainly not wasted!

before this taken out of context again . . .

this was originally posted on the jedi forum and the remark in yellow was reflecting the attitudes of some of the jedi players.

Grats, I was thinking of doing the same thing myself, but not sure what to do or pick for skills and stuff so I have kinda backed off and taken a break from it at this time.

And like others said, the only timeit is a waste, is if you are not enjoying it.

It's only a waste of skill points if you say it is.

Good luck.
