But you already got your answer that it is not normal.
How about a turkey sandwich then? Yum .... turkey sandwiches.

pal, i dont know whats your problem is but some of us who got the crystal seem defnitly to be bugged , as ive meet 3 ppl now on infinty who, like me, got a completely empty questjournal, no matter if i check the "include completed quest" box or not.
hmmm... in my oppinion thats not the intented behavior, or is it?
thats why i wrote a ticket, after my two siths just dropped a special resource container and not the camp WP. to my surprise i got a reply in just 4 hours, but i realized i may have made a serious mistake: i mentioned the ""bugged"" drop first, then my questlog issues ( which could be anything between purely cosmetic up to, well, FUBAR), what resulted in a message that looks a lot like a macroed response, telling me to take a shuttle and wait for them to spawn again.
but as its the first contact i had with a CSR: is it normal that a ticket stays marked as "open", could the CSR just have forgotten to "close" (or whatever) it (which i could understand as they are most likely overflooded withtickets since PUB 10), or is this a sign that there might be something serious behind it?

Ok I have been working on the theatrical dance quest for sometime now. I am at the 2nd performance attempt #5 now and just failed . Everytime i interview the auidence , find out what flourishes they wanna see . Today was the 1st time they told me what dance they wanted to see I thought I had it in the bag, they gave me 3 flourishes they wanted to see and the name of the dance ! So I took a double shot of accargym(sp) got on statge did the dance they wanted and spamed the flourishes faster then a buff bot macro ( well not really but i was clicking like crazy). I got them to neutral, and it wouldnt improve from there. Any ideas w.t.f. I am doing wrong , Im getting sick of waitng 24 freaking hrs to get another attempt only to fail

Unfortunately any time there's a random element involved I have the worst luck. It took me many many attempts to pass the 2nd and 3rd auditions. Opinions will vary so I'll tell you what worked for me and let you decide if it's useful.
1) take friends with you to poll the audience. This will take some of the stress off you because you can be standing on the stage while they do the polling. It also helps if your friends can provide some comic relief by threatening the audience for you.
2) don't spam rapidly. I had my best ratings when I gave the system time to register what I was doing. I'd do a flo for about 4 seconds and then switch to another, keeping my eye on the screen for system messages so thatI could adjust accordingly
3) once I got to neutral I stayed with thatparticular dance andany flourishes they had told me they wanted to see. I then waited for the meter to go up - it did and I passed.
If you're on Shadowfire, feel free to shoot me a tell and I'll help you any way I can. I know how frustrating it can be, especially with the delay before the next attempt.
best of luck and hang in there,

Here's what I did.....I had two macros one for all the dances....it was basically a start dance then change dance through each of the lower level dances....Maybe up to formal or lyrical...not sure about that part and I'm not at home to check. Then I had another macro for each of the flos. After polling the audience for their preferences, I just deleted what they said they didn't want to see and left the rest. This worked well for me and others that I know of. Send me a tell if you need more help and good luck.
