I have never turned down a civil request for a buff ( with the slight exception of a refusal to buff someone of the opposite faction. (sidenote this actually got me killed I had a tef at the time, live ...err die and learn)) I don't even quote a price. I leave it up to the patron. Not everyone has as much money as some.
